The fund management company for the investment funds under Swiss law is Wegelin Fondsleitung, St. Gallen. The custodian bank for the Blue Diamond Asset Management funds under Swiss law is BCV (Banque Cantonale Vaudoise), Lausanne.
Other countries
The investment funds may be admitted for sale in other countries. The general rule is that units in the investment funds may not be sold, offered for sale or delivered in other countries without authorization for sale.
